"Ignite" & "Elevate"
Youth Ministry
Several youth groups from several churches around
town currently join forces every Sunday night and Wednesday
night during the school year for our vision to take Ottumwa
for Christ, starting with our youth. One hundred+ teens gather
each week.
- The "Ignite" youth group happens every Wednesday
night in the Life Center at 7 PM and is for both Jr. &
Sr. High ages.
- The "Elevate" youth group happens every Sunday
night in the Life Center at 6 PM.
Our Wednesday & Sunday Nights Offer Teens Awesome
Stuff Like:
- A live worship band.
- Cool songs and videos.
- A challenging message.
- Small group table talk for learning, sharing,
praying, and snacks.
- Fun & exciting youth oriented activities and
events through out the year.
Sunday's At Our Church:
Each Sunday teens from our church are encouraged to meet
at 9:30 AM for a student discipleship class in the Life Center
which helps teens live out their faith and learn what God's
Word is saying to youth today. This is followed by a large
group worship service in the sanctuary at 10:30 AM for youth
and adults; featuring praise, preaching and prayer.

group also offers teens various opportunities like:
- Youth Camps
- Youth Conventions
- Teen Bible Quiz
- Aim Mission trips
- Fine Arts Festivals
- Speed The Light missions giving
